FoxyVoxy AI is an invite-only private beta for adults age 18 and older. Its creative content standards remain general-audience and PG-13.

To create an account or use collaboration and governed derivation features, you must confirm: “I confirm that I am at least 18 years old and agree to the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Acceptable Use Policy.”

You are responsible for the prompts, uploads, profiles, metadata, reports, and content you create or publish.

We may block, remove, restrict, downrank, quarantine, or review content that violates the Acceptable Use Policy or Community Guidelines.

Automated decisions refuse unsafe requests or disable offending content from circulation. Account-level penalties require human review, except where legal process requires immediate preservation or escalation.

When you publish content, it becomes part of the public service surface. You may later move it back to private or permanently delete it after explicit confirmation. A published revision cannot move back to draft or be overwritten in place; future owner edits must use a new draft revision or version. Legal holds or protected dependencies may delay or block deletion.

Administrative, moderation, safety, and legal processes may still hide, restrict, preserve, or remove public content when required to operate the service, enforce policy, respond to reports, or comply with law.

Digital credits, subscriptions, app features, and creator-related digital goods must use the payment path required by the storefront, platform, or payment processor.

Subscription trials require a payment method and convert after seven days to the selected paid plan at the disclosed price unless canceled before the trial ends. Included and trial credits expire under the displayed plan rules; purchased credits do not expire while the service remains available.

Subscriptions and recurring add-ons cancel at the end of the current billing period, and access continues through that period. Plan or add-on changes may create immediate prorated charges or credits.

We do not provide prorated refunds for partially used billing periods except where required by law, for duplicate or unauthorized charges, for billing errors, or when support approves an exception. Used Creator Credit packs are non-refundable; wholly unused packs are reviewed where required by law or when support approves an exception.

Adult or sexually explicit content may not be sold, tipped, unlocked, promoted, or monetized on FoxyVoxy AI. If detection is uncertain, content should move to review rather than trigger automatic user punishment.

An active Commercial Use add-on allows you to use eligible outputs you create during the active entitlement period in client work, advertising, products, and other revenue-generating projects.

The add-on does not transfer ownership of FoxyVoxy AI, third-party models, other users' content, trademarks, publicity rights, or uploaded material. You remain responsible for having rights to your prompts, references, source material, and intended use, and third-party provider terms may impose additional restrictions.

Commercial permission does not apply to prohibited content, content that infringes another party's rights, or outputs generated outside the add-on's active period. Ending the add-on does not revoke rights already granted for otherwise eligible outputs created while it was active.
