When you log app feedback or issue reports through the site agent, the report may include a current app/browser screenshot to help authorized reviewers understand what you saw.

Prompts, character profiles, worlds, scenarios, stories, media jobs, and chat transcripts may be scanned by automated safety systems and, when necessary, reviewed by authorized moderators.

Blocked, reported, or escalated content may be retained with audit logs, hashes, moderation decisions, and related account signals for abuse prevention, appeals, compliance, and legal obligations.

If you delete your account, we delete private account data and private or draft creations through the account deletion process. Content you previously published remains available as part of the public service surface, with creator attribution anonymized instead of pointing to your personal account details.

Suspected child sexual exploitation or non-consensual intimate content is handled through restricted review paths and is not routed through ordinary support channels.

We use infrastructure, payments, authentication, AI generation, storage, analytics, and safety providers only as needed to deliver the product, process payments, generate content, secure accounts, and enforce policy.

Payment data is handled by the relevant store or payment processor. We store payment identifiers and entitlement state, not full card numbers.
